Solar power plants at Bijnor villages Ram Sahaywala, Himmatpur Bela, Motadhak and Chaturwala

The solar plants will be set up in four villages i.e Ram Sahaywala, Himmatpur Bela, Motadhak and Chaturwala villages by next year. The villages have been shortlisted under the Solar Mission Scheme of the New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (NEDA), which will manage the project. Andhra Pradesh on Thursday secured INR 190 billion for solar wind projects

The Indian state of Andhra Pradesh on Thursday secured INR 190 billion (USD 2.93bn/EUR 2.6bn) in commitments for both renewable energy plants and factories from several multinational sector players, local media reported.
